Aside from university i have a couple of part time and casual work jobs in different Fields mainly bar and waitress work but i also do occasional promotion work for a sweet company called Goody Good stuff . I attend the specialist fairs that the sweet accommodate for ie. gluten free , Halah food festivals ,vegan conventions etc and spread the word about the extremely good product we have to offer which includes lots of free samples for taste testing which i take full advantage of !!! Anyway my point to this is that its still relatively a small company ( only 6 people work in the office) and there could possibly be a chance for work from me. The MD of the company is an ambassador for business in education and i have been told that she is very keen to help students in all subjects break into careers and offers them opportunity's and advise. I was thinking i could do some experimental images / video to promote the sweet and engage with her opinion . At this stage i wouldnt ask for paid work but if she liked it maybe it could go on there social media sites with my name accredited so people can see my work . This is still a very vague idea but I'm trying to think of ways to approach the working world within my comfort zones .
I'm am going to start thinking up some ideas of images i could be taking relating the sweets but on the next show i am scheduled to work late December i will be taking my camera along and getting some images done to give to the company . Wish me luck ....
