Stock images

We have been told that we have to create a very short presentation highlighting the key parts of our personal development plans to talk about to everyone. Less than 3 minutes just what we want to achieve and a stock style image to complement our individual personal developments. We have looked at stock imagery before and I have a grasp of the concept. Personally it’s not the kind of photography that inspires me BUT to have some of you images archived on a stock site can be beneficial financially. Each image on the site can be used more than once for more than one different company, event, leaflet ect. And you are paid each time it is used so a slow possible constant source of income. I’m thinking this would be a good investment of time for future sally. Not now as I don’t have the type of images they desire but after uni maybe it will be worthwhile to spend some time creating some generic style stock photos and putting them into a stock library for possible future finance. Any way back to the task at hand I am going to re research the definition of stock photography so its fresh in my head then go and take my interpretation of a stock image based around my Personal Development plan .
